JBS&G has been engaged to provide services as a Victorian EPA accredited Environmental Auditor for the residential redevelopment of various stages of a former cement manufacturing facility located in Fyansford, Victoria.  The site comprises approximately 50 hectares in area and investigations have identified a variety of contaminants in both soils and groundwater associated with historical manufacturing activities.  The Auditor has completed 53X Environmental Audits for 8 stages of the development to meet the timing requirements of the client, with all stages suitable for the proposed low density residential use.
