Our Perth based team has frequently assisted Hanson Construction with their regulatory reporting requirements to address the status and conformance of operations at their East Perth Concrete Plant, with the dust management requirements of the site Environmental Management Plan, approved by the City of Vincent.

These assessments are relevant to a Notice of Determination by Application by Minister and State Administrative Tribunal, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

Hanson recently received an extension via a SAT decision to continue operating in their current location.
