JBS&G undertook a detailed review of regulatory risks related to a significant industrial landholding proposed to be redeveloped for a large publicly owned facility for a more sensitive use.  Given the extended timeframes associated with the planning and consultation phases prior to construction, potential risks existed during the vacancy period between the former and proposed uses of the land.  The review was conducted in a workshop format, incorporating all relevant stakeholders and specialist inputs, resulting in a risk register and action plan to be adopted in order to ensure regulatory compliance.
